The salon/treatment room was lovely & clean. Welcoming staff however the lash extension treatment felt messy & rushed. I asked for individual classic lashes & discovered that I had been given mostly cluster lashes (I only found this out as the lashes started falling out in clumps). I know they're semi-permanent but I noticed quite a few falling out in the space of 48 hours (I made sure that the area around my eyes is water and product-free). A bit disappointed with what I paid for.
