When I booked this treatment, I was asking for a full wax. By doing so, in the process, it was very rushed. By changing it to a Hollywood wax, It’s a whole wax front and back yet I was charged extra just for the back? The manager was rushing the employee to hurry up and it was not fair for someone that booked a full wax full price for the treatment to be rushed. Customers are entitled to a good experience and if there is limited booking, it should be specified rather than leaving all timings free for customers to book in regardless how many times a customer decides to reschedule the booking. I’m really upset and on top of that for being charged extra when in other salons, they don’t charge extra for the back since it’s included in the Hollywood package.

I had a wash, cut, and blow dry on my afro hair. Pari did an amazing job. Wasn't sure what cut I wanted, just not too short. Pari listened and gave such a lovely shape to my hair. I'm really happy and will definitely be back.

Great massage, clean venue with easy parking. I also appreciated how Alex gave some advice to prevent any future discomfort. Would definitely book again!
