Got there slightly late and they were accommodating but also ran late but offered me a tea which was good. Absolutely awful for the rest of it, the therapist did a great facial but I didn’t feel relaxed in the slightest! She spent the whole time gossiping to a coworker whilst she stood over me and watched making me feel very uncomfortable. Really bad experience and didn’t have the confidence to ask for my money back but £56 for that was ridiculous and i’m super disappointed

This has been my first and probably last visit. My
Appointment was made for 3:30pm but the hairdresser was with another client until 4:10pm.I am happy with the service itself but the atmosphere was really weird. Customer service is really disappointing.
