Gordana was Brilliant for my men haircut. My hair are not easy to cut. I showed her the photo and Boom.. exactly as I like.. Will go back definitely.. Highly recommended.. 5 stars 👍😊

Therapist was a lovely lady, unfortunately I didn’t get what I paid for. My appointment was at 5pm I was taken in at 5.08, door was knocked at 5.12, massage was done at 5.51. You did the math..Was not a deep tissue massage, more like Swedish if anything,I could barely feel it.Lady at reception was a mess, tried to convince me I had my hour,spent time checking security camera time stamps,before offering me a £5 discount with an attitude.Needless to say, I won’t be returning nor do I recommend.

Is the third time I have this massage at Urban Salon in Bilton Road.
In this occasion I was allocated in a tiny room,... the therapist could hardly move! Also she did not cover the belly part which the previous therapist did. The bed was very small it barely fit me!
I mean £55 one hour massage in that conditions is just crazy! Not sure if I will go back

The best deep tissue massage EVER. I felt like I could live again, such an amazing experience and at an affordable price too?! As a student that’s a win for me. 5 stars all round. i’m going again next month. Staff are super friendly and provided a safe space for me, the energy was just immaculate
