First of all an unwelcoming atmosphere - I was left to stand while the beautician prepared the room. During that time the owner was sitting on the only chair and did not register me at all. Jemisha was quite rough, I am left with bruises on my cheeks (4 days on they are still visible). She had sniffles throughout the whole time, very unpleasant. And lastly, she started cleaning the room while I had a mask on, very strong smell, I had tickles in my throat. The face massage was good though.
