I didn’t have the best experience. I was booked in for gel nails and a pedicure. The treatment time stated 2hr10 when booking on Treatwell yet I was there for double this time.
To take over 4 hours for just a plain set of gel was just crazy, my nails are pretty short as well so there wasn’t loads to do.
Normally I wouldn’t say anything but I made it clear I was pregnant and feeling really uncomfortable sitting for such a long period.

Appointment booked. Arrived on time to find a sign indicating a treatment was in place and to ring the mobile number to be let in. I called this number three times and sent a text message, but no answer. Was left standing in the street for 15 minutes before I decided to give up. Disappointing, as had previously had a good experience of this salon.
