The staff and environment were great but the lashes came out not looking like my inspo picture nor what I had asked and it looked quite gappy (I had asked for a cat eye and I’m actually not even sure what I had gotten)

Beyond expectations! Love UBeauty! I’ve never had such a wonderful experience — truly worth every penny! My hair was cleaned thoroughly, and the treatment also included basic skincare and a massage. The room was warm and spotless, and Mei was incredibly professional! I’ll definitely come back next time for another massage and facial treatment.
