I had the pleasure of being one of Bonnie’s first clients. She is a very warm, diligent nail artist. She made sure I got what I really wanted and paid attention to every little detail. It was really nice meeting her.
However, I originally booked my visit with Leona and I was not notified of the nail artist change. This would not be much of a problem, however due to Bonnie’s limited experience with clients my visit was 3.5h instead of 2h long. I am aware that the nail art definitely played a part in this, but I have never spent so long having my nails done, even when I had much more complicated designs and had to have gel removed and reapplied etc. What I would suggest is that if you’d like to book a client with a new nail artist, please first ask whether they have some more time for their visit in case it overruns. I was not ready to spend almost twice as long at the salon, I had quite a tight schedule on the day.

I'm really happy with my nails. My technician was clearly experienced and she was considerate. I like to go here because the gel selection is great and they follow asian nail trends. The salon is also small and so more relaxing as there's less clients in at once. Communication could be slightly better but I don't mind too much about it.
