The lady was lovely, but she was very inexperienced, I wanted to do infills on my extensions which is what I booked, but she took them off and applied gel and now they're very bendy and fragile. It hasn't even been a week but a lot of the chrome gel that she used for design has already chipped off, she changed me a lot more because of the design but didn't let me know beforehand that that was going to be the case. I was very upset and disappointed with the quality

Love this place, i travel into Nottingham specifically to get their treatment because it's so good and lasts so much longer than other lashes I've got. The beauticians are really welcoming and helpful and go above and beyond to help you- i left my brolly once and they hung into it for ages for me
