I had a great experience at UBeauty. Masiha was very attentive and made sure I was happy at every stage of the process. I was also offered a cup of tea during my pedicure which was lovely. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely girl but the worst waxing experience I have received. The room was too hot for the wax, hair not being removed because of the temperature problems. And then wax solidified on sensitive parts and having to be removed. Wax finally removed. Hair remains. 1.5hours later!! Leg wax patchy! I can do a better job myself at home. Resolution sort.. refund!
