I booked here as an emergency - I was in the area and needed my gel polish replacing. Firstly they used an e-file and damaged the nail leaving them really thin and weak. No builder gel used when clearly had been on before and the quality of the products used was poor. When I went in my nails were hard and thick, when I came out they were thin and bendy! I couldn't even scrath an itch without them bending back. Wouldn't go back or recommend

I've been to this salon a few times now for acrylics and they're always great. The staff take their time and really try to achieve what you want, especially if you have a picture of what you'd like. I love the nails I have from my latest visit!
It was my first time ever getting lash extentions and Milee was fantastic! She made them look really natural but a little glam still and she did an amazing eyebrow wax and tint too. The whole experience was great, I'll definitely be back :)

The whole experience was great and the customer service was excellent. I had an additional treatment which they fit me in for last minute. I appreciated the attention to detail and lovely service

Vicky was lovely, very patient and didn’t complain about how clammy my hands were in the super humid heatwave! She made me feel very comfortable and was fine with me sitting and watching YouTube on my phone with an earbud in the whole time; a definite plus point for someone who suffers with anxiety.
