I had the pleasure of being one of Bonnie’s first clients. She is a very warm, diligent nail artist. She made sure I got what I really wanted and paid attention to every little detail. It was really nice meeting her.
However, I originally booked my visit with Leona and I was not notified of the nail artist change. This would not be much of a problem, however due to Bonnie’s limited experience with clients my visit was 3.5h instead of 2h long. I am aware that the nail art definitely played a part in this, but I have never spent so long having my nails done, even when I had much more complicated designs and had to have gel removed and reapplied etc. What I would suggest is that if you’d like to book a client with a new nail artist, please first ask whether they have some more time for their visit in case it overruns. I was not ready to spend almost twice as long at the salon, I had quite a tight schedule on the day.
