Visit started with disaster. I had 3 confirmations of appointment, but they had the wrong time on their system. Very bad start.Luckily Nicky (?) fitted me in, did a great job on my hair, did not rush, and responded to my initial dissatisfaction with complete professionalism and friendliness. She is a star.
