Brilliant vibe, super friendly but brows were ok wasn't hugely impressed but would go back for something else.
I love Ugly Ducking, Every time I come in I have a great experience and a nice chit chat. Waxing isn't the most fun thing too do yet I always feel right at home. The Salon is lovely and calming and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
My LVL lashes were only curled at the very ends, nowhere near the roots. My HD brows were fine, but there was no consultation whatsoever therefore the beautician shaped them differently to what I am used to. Disappointing atmosphere; felt like I was in someone's living room, cross talking amongst other customers and beauticians, not relaxing at all.
