I had my first bikini wax at the ugly duckling, I thought it was going to be very painful but I told Elize it was the first time and she really took her time and ensured I was very comfortable. Guess what, at the end it doesn't hurt that much! :)

tgis was my first spray time and I will definitely going back! The staff were welcoming, informative, assuring and generally all round lovely people. The treatment was relaxing and well done. I was pleased with how it looked and it lasted about a week.

Very good wax. The beauty therapist was great. Really friendly, making me feel as comfortable as possible and obviously experienced.
Lovely staff and very efficient service! Will definitely be back. Really good value for both services and would definitely recommend to a friend.
