Honestly the best wax I've ever had. I've always had a problem of being super sore and red for a good few days after a wax. This was so easy and virtually and hardly any pain, and most importantly I'm not red or sore whatsoever. Monique was amazing, really professional and super friendly. She didn't make me feel awkward or embarrassed at all which I normally do.
The salon is super cute too, and as it's appointment only it's really private and exclusive whilst you are having your treatment. Ugly Duckling is my new favourite salon - I won't be going anywhere else!! Thanks so much!

Had my first wax when I was a week due from giving birth. So I was really scared but the lady who did my was very good and made me feel at ease. Even though I kept stopping to take a breather she wasn't impatient and made me feel calm. Place is clean, wax was done great and it surprisingly didn't hurt as much as I thought. Will be coming here from now on to get my wax.

I love it at Ugly Duckling - they're the best HD Brows I've had in London. The price is very reasonable too. Highly recommended!
