The manicure is good value for money, overall. The dead skin ad cuticule cleaning could have been more thorough. The ambience and staff are great.

Brilliant wax, lovely therapist. This is better than the Brazilian I had at Harrods Urban Retreat and less than half the price. Highly recommended.

My first ever spray tanning experience. I didn't really know what to expect, but Monique put me at ease. It was really quick and easy and now I look nicely tanned. She does a great job of applying the right amount of tan to the right places so you don't look weird. Plus, it's a very natural colour. I did a strenuous workout today (1 day after) and the tan still looks great.
