Just average. The massage was a bit too soft for my liking. When I asked the lady to focus a bit more on my back she said she was still doing her routine so I want feeling comfortable telling her I needed more pressure on my shoulder. The massage didn't really do anything for me. It's relaxing but not exactly what I'm looking for.
