To be honest, if I'd paid full price I would have asked for my money back! However I paid £9.90 introductory offer. The technician butchered me! Wax got stuck, had to be cut and twezered out, which was very painful. Although she seemed to be through, tweezing out the last hairs, quite a few have been left behind. I have far more bruises and cuts than usual. Her technique for pulling off the wax was strange, she kept dabbing little bits of wax on and pulling them off millimeter by millimeter. This was more painful than just a quick rip.
