Appointment was pre-booked, but the team were running late. My appointment was supposed to be 45 minutes but took an hour and 15, the staff continued to swap round to fit in extra clients causing the delays. Since then my nails lifted and chipped quite a bit in the two weeks since the service and I’ve had to glue them back down. Wouldn’t return

This was my first visit and I was so impressed! The team were friendly, professional and kind. They offered me coffee/tea and made me feel relaxed and welcome.
My nails were beautifully manicured, polished with gel and I am very happy. I have had lots of compliments 😊
