Manicure was OK, asked for nails to be cut down and it was just snipped slightly. Wasn’t asked how I like the shape of my nails, some are half square and others are round and nails are pretty long.
Didn’t have the nail colour I wanted.
When I booked on Treatwell it said I could pay by card, but when I got there I was told it’s cash only?!

Quàng was SO gentle yet efficient with shaping my nails, I’ve been to other nail bars which have left me with cuts and sensitivity in the skin around my nails because previous technicians have been quite heavy handed, so as this was my first visit I was slightly nervous that this could be a similar situation. Im so glad I listened to the positive reviews and gave them a chance because I don’t think I’d want to go anywhere else, other staff very chatty too which made a pleasant change! Thank you!
