There was a bit of a misunderstanding with my booking at first so it had got delayed but the therapist was very apologetic and gave me a percentage off my next visit. The wax itself, I was surprisingly satisfied with, not hugely painful and the therapist made me feel comfortable. She did miss a few bits but mostly I was very happy.

I have had many treatments at this salon the staff are so welcoming I always feel so comfortable and relaxed there. I recently had the lvl lash treatment which was brilliant the best I have had done as my lashes were perfect after no need to put mascara on! Highly recommend! Sam who runs it is so friendly !
Always feel comfortable to go to Ultimate Beauty! Very professional, clean, and all treatments always on point. Excellent service, looking forward to my next treatments.
