Had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. While I appreciated the use of regular nail polish and the variety of colors, the technician was rough on my cuticles. But the main issue was the poor polish application: gaps at the base made it look like a week-old manicure, and smudges weren't fixed. The technician rushed, using a fixation spray without letting the polish settle, causing further smudging. I felt uncomfortable complaining and left quickly due to my tight schedule.

First of all, these guys are such a lovely team - went out of their way when I messed up my appointment time (thank you 🙏). And the wax was fantastic. Really thorough, professional job. Very impressed!
