It's dirty and scratched all over. Completely shattered my with cuts when eyebrow threading and didn't even apologise but instead told me I was the one who didn't do it properly ! - which does NOT make sense.
No welcome atmosphere. Didn't even know we had booked.

I had an appointment booked for this afternoon, salon was closed on arrival!! No one had called me to cancel so completely unexpected. Appalling service, I demand to be refunded immediately, as well as compensated for the extreme inconvenience. I am going on holiday tomorrow and have now not been able to have my treatment! Scam salon - avoid!!
