Although Simi was busy with customers, she acknowledged I was waiting unlike her colleague. I've been happy when Simi does my full face threading and she is very thorough and does not rush. Very happy.

The staff were lovely and my eyelashes were lovely and natural and are still on now u I got them done 2 weeks ago due for infills

Would normally give 4 stars as the service is good however, I booked myself for a 9am appointment on a Saturday and waited outside for 20 minutes. The lady did apologise explaining that there were no trains running which I can understand. There does need to be a better process in place to manage this e.g either two staff opening up on a Saturday or staff having client contact numbers to call or text to pre-warn them of situations such as this. I guarantee if I turned up 20 minutes late for my appointment, it would not have gone down very well with the salon. I then had to rush to another appointment straight after which made me slightly late. A complimentary treatment or discount should have at least been considered/ offered for my next appointment. Just a little bit disappointed.
