Would normally give 4 stars as the service is good however, I booked myself for a 9am appointment on a Saturday and waited outside for 20 minutes. The lady did apologise explaining that there were no trains running which I can understand. There does need to be a better process in place to manage this e.g either two staff opening up on a Saturday or staff having client contact numbers to call or text to pre-warn them of situations such as this. I guarantee if I turned up 20 minutes late for my appointment, it would not have gone down very well with the salon. I then had to rush to another appointment straight after which made me slightly late. A complimentary treatment or discount should have at least been considered/ offered for my next appointment. Just a little bit disappointed.
