I had my treatment with Simmi, she was super friendly, chatty and professional - she made sure to ask if I was as comfortable as possible being that it has been a while since last having any sort of waxing. The treatment didn't take as long as expected but it didn't feel rushed at all which was great! Before your waxing treatment starts you're given a dressing gown to cover up, there's only one so my suggestion would be that there should be multiple clean robes or bring your own for more comfort and cleanliness. Heads up, you're not able to pay by card but there's a cash point next door so it wasn't an issue. Aside from that I'm very happy with my waxing treatment ready for my holiday and will definitely be back next month !
Walked in and receptionist didn’t even look up from his phone. When noticed I explained I had a facial waxing booked in for 14:30, told me to take a seat. Two ladies came in after me for a walk in eyebrow wax and tint, beauty therapist comes out and asks the receptionist who’s next and he points at the other girls. He then tells me to follow him into a very unclean beauty room and to get comfortable, I explained once again that I was here for a facial wax and he apologised as he thought I said facial massage and again I had to take a seat and wait. Waxing was rough and very rushed, and was going between me and another client which is so unprofessional. Woke up the next day with rashes all over my face, and thinking back I’m sure she used the same stick for me and for the other girls. Very uncomfortable and unpolished experience. Receptionist on his phone throughout and kept asking therapist for prices? Get off your phone and learn them perhaps?
