I was booked to have eyelash extension done. After unsuccessful attempts at calling ( number changed, not the same on Treatwell or internet)I called into the empty salon 2 hours prior to my time requesting if there was a cancellation could I be contacted as I was free. I was told no that the lady was coming at my appointment time only. Fair enough. Less than 20 minutes before my appointment I received a phone call to say my appt could not be honoured as the lady was sick. Unprofessional service

Absolutely worst experience ever. The shop is nothing like the pictures. It's dirty and scratched all over. Completely shattered my with cuts when eyebrow threading and didn't even apologise but instead told me I was the one who didn't do it properly ! - which does NOT make sense.
No welcome atmosphere. Didn't even know we had booked.

I had an appointment booked for this afternoon, salon was closed on arrival!! No one had called me to cancel so completely unexpected. Appalling service, I demand to be refunded immediately, as well as compensated for the extreme inconvenience. I am going on holiday tomorrow and have now not been able to have my treatment! Scam salon - avoid!!
