It was my first time ever getting a wax and this lady (I think her name began with an “I” but I’m not sure, sorry!) guided me, didn’t judge and excused herself to let me get undressed at multiple points. She told me what she was doing when she was just about to do it and did a lot to try to remove all my hair during the Hollywood (my hair grows weird).
She also oiled me and the back wax at the end only took 3 mins!

She was really nice and careful whilst waxing me. She made sure she got every bit of hair including the little stubborn hairs and made sure I was satisfied. She also applied aftercare lotion to help reduce with the stickiness from the wax.

the lady was really kind. I found that she could have held the skin down before pulling the strip up to reduce trauma and irritation to the skin, I was left with really sensitive skin for a few days. she didn't pull out the hairs left behind either
