Manicure
The therapist's comments on my wrinkles (I'm 20 years old) was fairly unpleasant. The facial itself was fine but I did not enjoy the comments about said wrinkles and that my moles are weird

Unfortunately on the day I had my facial, the shops internet was down, so in order for the therapist to play music, she had to have her mobile on at the front of the shop, which meant in order to hear this, the door to my treatment room was kept open. This in turn didn't make me very relaxed & being the only one in the shop, if anyone came in, she had to leave me. I was also really cold with the door being open. The facial was ok - there was a brush used on my face, that seemed alittle harsh as I have sensitive skin. My therapist was nice and she wasn't limiting on the product use. I am just unsure whether I would return for a facial.

Treatment itself was good. I booked and paid for waxing but lady said I had paid for threading. Had to show her on my phone that I had in fact booked waxing which was a bit annoying but she conceded in the end...
