A disappointing wax. I have been having waxes for >5 years and this was one of the worst ones. Intensely clinical, silent atmosphere - feels like an awkward doctors appointment - coupled with a really not thorough wax that was also one of the most painful ever. Dozens of quite long hairs left and also was burnt v badly on my private parts - was never asked if wax temp OK, etc. it’s convenient and affordable if you’re in the Wharf but really I would give this one a miss
