After all the lashes on my left eye falling out after a week, I contacted the salon asking what could be done - was promised a voucher but 3 months on I still don’t have the voucher, my emails are being ignored and the manager is refusing to answer my calls! Shocked at this service as I’ve been pleased with their services before.
