Honestly, most disappointing “massage” I’ve ever had. We arrived in the salon and were immediately struck with how hot it was. It was uncomfortably warm, in each room. I asked if we coul open a window - which then meant that traffic could be heard, with light pouring into the small massage room. The therapist was clearly inexperienced - perhaps she was a beautician - who had stepped in to do the massage. She rubbed balm on my back, with zero pressure, technique or any sort of treatment. She literally just lightly spread the oil over the back area and didn’t apply any treatment techniques, I asked if she could concentrate on the neck and shoulders, but she just continued to spread the oil around with no attention to any specific area. I asked if she could increase pressure and she said no. She then suggested she swap with her colleague (who was massaging my partner) half way through - disrupting the experience. My partner said the same thing about the therapist, no technique and was clearly not a masseuse. Genuinely waste of time and money
