i asked her to be gentle around my cuticles because they bleed easily - she still used an electric file on them and some started bleeding - i asked her for antiseptic wipes and she just ignored me - she put the cuticle nipper that she used back into the barbicide jar with the rest of her tools
use this place at your own risk - clearly unprofessional and dangerous
