The salon was closed for business. I had an appointment booked today at 12 pm which I booked yesterday and nobody was there. the salon took my pre payment! I am so disappointed with the place and how they dealt with my booking. Can I please get a refund.

Don't waste your time. Arrived ten minutes early to my appointment. Beautician wasn't there, waited 35 minutes and still no show. Completely unexplained and still have no answer as to why, left 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start as couldn't wait any longer. Take your money somewhere that deserves it

3 hours for a manicure (worst one I’ve had) and still waiting for a refund for the pedicure I never had!!!!!
Positives: the salon looks very pretty, my lash lift and tint has come out reasonably well (perhaps not as well as those I’ve had elsewhere but fine), the staff member was pleasant and professional whilst doing it. Negatives: the appointment ran almost 30 minutes late, and at no point when I arrived (on time) or during the waiting time did anyone apologise or give me an estimated wait time. I was offered a drink after waiting for about 25 minutes. Lower lashes were not tinted.
