My nails look great, Luiza was great. But it was running 10minutes late (despite being completely empty), and the woman on reception (the owner?) didn’t seem interested. I only had a very small window of time and was subsequently late for my next appointment

Great mani and therapist but she did not paint the free edge :(. Some other lady checked me out who wasn’t as comforting and over charged the upgrade at the end

I was greeted by a French lady “ didn’t get her name “ my Lord she’s the reason I would return over and over again , she was so lovely ! I had my daughter who’s 5 months with me and she was so good with her whilst getting my treatments , very easy to talk to , great laugh just an overall amazing person with a great soul ! She made my whole experience amazing! I can’t recommend her enough !!! I also had my hair done which was last minute and paid in the shop which was really good I believe this was done by the manager , I had dead ends done and blow dry , probably best I’ve had !! , but I hope she knows she has a diamond working for her and gives her the credit she deserves!!! Would definitely return xxx
