This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever had to deal with.
First appointment ended up in a wasted journey because they had no therapist!
Rescheduled appointment ended up in another wasted journey, because yet again they “were short staffed and didn’t have the therapist to do threading”.
Completely wasted my time and effort!!
I cannot see this salon lasting if this is how they deal with their customers!
I would give them a zero review if I could!
Not the best gel mani I’ve had. The place is lovely and the staff are nice, but the mani wasn’t great. There are several bubbles in the application and after two days I’ve had several nails start to peel. I’m not sure if the technician couldn’t hear me properly but I asked for a different shape to what I was given, and an unnecessary amount of length was removed, taking some nails very close to the quick. Very well priced but I don’t think I will return
