Appointment was 45 min late & was lied to repeatedly with “10 more min wait”
Technician stayed in room & watched me undress instead of wait outside & come in a towel was over me, she tried to wax entire area with 3 strips of hot wax & tried to send me away without tidying it up and lots of hair still left. Very poor hygiene, used same wooden stick for whole wax & mixed hot wax pot with stick she was using on me. To clean wax off me she slathered oil on and didn’t give me tissue to wipe off!
