I booked last minute on the morning of the day I wanted the wax. Thankfully, I got lucky & was able to grab a slot. After reading a couple of reviews I worried I would struggle to contact Samantha but that wasn't true at all. I was sent the address asap & when I thought I was lost, Samantha was on the other end of the line helping me find her. Will without a doubt use her all the time now. Very thorough job and I left happy with the results. Very friendly, super clean space and easy to get to.
