Treatments with Sam are always a pleasure, especially getting the henna brows (game changer ladies!), she always takes notes and pictures so she has a reference as to what works best the next time and as someone who never had this treatment before she made me feel so comfortable!

Sam was lovely and her home was comfortable. The gel peeled off prematurely, but she did offer to fix it when I contacted her.

I made my booking and had no contact from Sam.
I chased by email and phone and text to get information of where to go and what prep to do. Finally, 11pm on the day before the treatment (I had been chasing for the best part of a week) I was told the machine was broken and that my appointment had been cancelled.
Sam blamed Treatwell for allowing me to book as her machine was broken, but her the total lack of contact or response is my main issue here.
