Didn’t actually have the LvL I booked in for as she needed to do a patch test on me. Feel like that should have been communicated before I got there. However had eyelash extensions and they were good, very natural, perhaps just a little shorter than I would want. Make sure you discuss length before hand!

I arrived 5 mins prior to my appointment time and the place was closed with no one inside. I called and left a voicemail, waited for 10-15 mins, and left. I have yet to hear from them 48 hours later!! This is not the way to treat your customers.
