I was about 7 minutes late to my appointment as I couldn’t find the venue - not the easiest of places to locate - & it took a while to get through to anyone for specific directions. However the treatment itself was very pleasant with friendly staff and I was very pleased with the results. The only thing I will mark down is the waiting time. It was half an hour before I was seen to which caused me to miss/cancel a following appointment.
