I have been visiting Rebecca's salon for over 3 years and I am never disappointed. Not only is she extremely professional, she is kind, compassionate and always listens to my rambling! All professional lash extensions seem pricey, but this is what you pay for quality. I have had a terrible experience trying to go somewhere cheaper where the beautician was not trained and used EXTENSION GLUE on my lashes! It is not worth the risk to lose your sight! Thankfully Rebecca was able to help me remove the large clumps of glue from my lashes and get them back in decent condition. Her work is value for money and I would never look elsewhere again. She has not only been a Lash Qween but also a great friend. Her base of OG clients is not only evidence of the continual quality of her work but a credit to her personality. I would advise any girl/woman or man ;) to visit Rebecca for first time lashes or lash rescue and TLC. Just be careful ladies cos once you start you will be addicted!! I am a certified Lash addict and can't live without them! It's always a pleasure to have my monthly lash top up and a catch up with Rebecca!! :) :)
Couldn't recommend this salon more. I have been coming to Superior Lashes for the past year and a half, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The quality of the lashes is very high and have always stayed on for a solid three weeks, if not longer. Rebecca is a superb beautician and takes excellent care of her customers at all times. Comfort and high-quality service is clearly the priority here. I have recommended the eyelash extensions to several friends and would recommend it to anyone looking for a personalised and high-rated service.
Rebecca is amazing, she is always willing to try and fit me even if that means starting earlier or working later. She is so friendly and always make me feel very welcomed. I've been seeing Rebecca for just over a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else, she is so professional and always explains everything she is doing so I'm at ease. I always leave the salon happy with the service. I'm just very glad I found her
I have been a client at this salon for over 2years now and Rebecca produces amazing results each and every time- She is so friendly and welcoming and really cares about the end product. She really takes pride in the work she does and thats why I would only ever go to Superior Lashes to get my eyelash extensions. Long lasting and completely safe for my own eyelashes xxx
Firstly if I could leave 0 stars rather than one I definitely would.
My issue with this salon is not just about her inability to actually create superior lashes but how unprofessional staff are.
On my initial appointment day staff did not turn up for work, a replacement appointment was granted, however eyelashes were rushed and I was pretty much shoved out as another client had arrived. The fact that mine were not a priority to the staff was very disappointing and alarming as I was paying for a service which should have lasted a certain amount of time and which was compromised due to staff not showing up in the first place.
Good advise regarding my lashes was given but I didn't get the sense that she was dedicated to doing my lashes as when I got home I noticed that the lashes had not been filled in properly,
Following days to come the ' superior' lashes began falling out in fact almost immediately after leaving the salon which I was very surprised about because staff presented as very knowledgeable and experienced.
I was unable to attend a follow up appointment due to an accident on my way to the salon which was explained and at the time staff appeared understanding. Following this I have now been unable to make a further appointment and refund issued as I was advised that somebody that I knew had left a negative review about the shop online.
Now I am flabbergasted how the salon have in essence banned me from attending due to someone I know leaving a negative review. Freedom of speech Is anyone's right especially if the salon are not making ALL customers happy. I feel discriminated against and very upset as I would have attended my last appointment if not for this accident.
I will be looking into further avenues to pursue this incident as I should not be banned or discriminated against due to what someone I know feels about superior lashes.
This is not fair!!!
I urge anyone else attendeing the salon to be careful as staff appear very friendly wanting to please the customer but this is obviously not the case. Also be careful as lashes are of very very poor quality! Don't let the name or exterior fool you!!! There's many other places you could attend for solid service and actual superior lashes
