When the nail master cut me really deep. It looked like it was my fault because not a word about her actually apologising, but I sat up straight and didn't move. Also didn't use my phone after she burned me the first time, the next time she cut me with scissors, and after that she cut me with a nail file... But they didn't know that all the new nail files can cut anyone, really? And owner of this studio also listened me and didnt say sorry… I am really upset as a customer and feel pain
