Disappointing to have made an appointment but the therapist was not available at the appointment time. Had to wait 50mins. Hot wax not used it was the strip wax method.

I had THE BEST hollywood wax with Melissa, she was extremely professional and put me at ease. It was the most pain free wax I've ever had!

Booked manicure and pedicure. Turned up and they were eating in the back, came through and seemed surprised there was a booking.
Not possible to have a pedicure as machine not working. Could do manicure but would charge £15 to file nails plus polish. They had a very small selection of gel nail colours after initially saying they didn’t do Gel polish. Totally unprofessional
