Turned uk for my appointment. They don’t even do braids . Man working there said he does the braids then said he would need to ring the manager who said they don’t do braids must be one of there other salons. Refused me a refund said I had to contact treatwell, there was another customer with the same problem regarding her eyebrows booked for 9 then said no one could do it until 10.30

Disappointing to have made an appointment but the therapist was not available at the appointment time. Had to wait 50mins. Hot wax not used it was the strip wax method.
