when i walked in and explained i had an appointment the woman didn't know about it and then when i explained it was for waxing she decided to thread instead. by this point i was so uncomfortable i sat through it and left. Didnt even get my full treatment that i had booked, i will not be going back again.

*Door did not lock so anyone could walk in while you are half naked with your lady parts out.
* Kept going over the same area with wax became very painfully and I have a small burn
* Reused the same wax strip over and over again instead of getting clean new ones each time
* No talk through before hand with what was happening on the wax till I asked and said while half naked what I wanted
* The woman was nice though but I would never go back again everything seemed unprofessional was not a nice experience at all
