Things felt a bit disorganised. Although I had made a booking they didn’t seem to be expecting me. The premises were a bit grubby and untidy. To be fair they were moving premises a couple of days later so perhaps that’s why but it wasn’t a great customer experience.

Really good value for money and staff are always polite and friendly. Had a few issues with my gel nails (gel on skin and for a few bumps in some of them - but it’s not expensive so I don’t mind as much).

Had a good experience with unique beauty for u. My nail tech was lovely and friendly and made sure I was happy with my nails before I left. Very good value for money!
