Friendly but understaffed store. My nails were not done properly, cuticles were not touched, nails left rough and not shaped properly. Polish didn’t cover the whole nail so my nails already looks like they have a weeks growth. Technicians didn’t wear gloves or clean hands before applying polish, fluff stuck in my finished nails as well. Chucked oil onto my nails carelessly at the end. You get what you pay for with this place but next time I’d rather pay more for a better service.

Unfortunately I wouldn't go here again.
Arrived a little late as no change for parking (my fault) and lady looked confused why I was there even at all..could I return half hour later as therapist not ready!? Spoke over me in other language entirely I'd say for 1st half hour....poor communication even when I asked her to stop doing something she carried on!!!! Cold, uncomfortable, no music or atmosphere, poor equipment. Nails peeled off day later felt plasticky not solid. Never again.
