The pedicure was ok - not the best and not the worst. I had to ask to apply a disinfection to my toes. The shape of some nails was no the same, the rest is ok.
The massage was ok but I’ve had lots of oil on my freshly washed hair - was not nice. At some point my neck was massaged applying quite a firm pressure so I even started coughing. I tried to ask to reduce pressure several times though. Other than that, it was ok.

I have tried to contact this company by email to find out why they are advertising a different shop on Treatwell to what they are when turning up but no one has got back to me. I warned them I was pregnant when we began and asked if the towel was clean as it looked quite stained (it may have been bleach!) but have left with many patches of hair (even after going back) and burns in three areas

Terrible experience. Gel polish was awfully done. I suspect the technician was not trained. Nails started to lift from nail bed during the treatment, when I asked what was going on I was told 'it's fine, it's just the nail.' Other nails were flooded with polish. Have asked for a refund but heard nothing. Avoid
