They made me feel guilty for booking my appointment because they didn’t have enough staff to take on the walk in customers. I was left sitting in the pedicure chair for 20 mins whilst I waited for the woman to do three peoples eyebrows. The manicure and pedicure were alright and a very good price but the vibe / atmosphere was not great.

Unfortunately the worst wax I've ever had.
Due-Diligence & Privacy: I had to ask to complete a form as a new customer- the form I was given had at least 10 other completed ones with customer's personal details exposed.
Cleanliness: I had to ask for a clean towel as the one on the bed was frankly horrific.
Wax: terrible, according to the manager, I as a new customer have to specify the type of wax I want as opposed to them being experts. The lady that did my treatment was lovely but called for help and was getting coached along the way. That was a little alarming. The end result was not satisfactory at all. I got a discount but I need to have a treatment elsewhere to resolve the issue.
I would not recommend a wax treatment at Unique Beauty 4 U.
I guess the clue was in the name.....
Read the reviews before you visit. Had I done so I would've selected a different establishment.

The salon is understaffed appointments had been booked for the same time with out having enough staff so when I arrived I was asked to come back in 30 minutes when returning I still had to wait a further 15 minutes. My therapist was lovely she done a good job of my nails and took her time, during my treatment she had to keep stopping to turn away other customers. Management really need to get there act together!
