Booked in for 1hr pedicure. Was there 15 minutes. Advised me not to take my gel polish off because it hadn’t grown out that much even tho it was chipped. But this and a polish wouldn’t have taken 45 minutes. She didn’t even file my nails. Exfoliated and filed soles of feet but I still walked away with hard skin left. Absolutely would never recommend.
Eyebrow Waxing
Worst waxing I’ve ever received. Lights were broken and I was left with heavy bruising from over waxing.

Unfortunately, I would probably say that this was one of the worst waxes I’ve had and I’ve had a fair few. I think the therapist was new or hadn’t done many before and it seemed the wax was a really poor quality.
It was extremely painful and not professionally done at all and I have waxes on a regular basis so I know what to expect. I had a hot wax booked but the therapist kept using strip wax as she was having difficulty with the hot wax, I’m not sure why. She didn’t pull the wax off in one go either but rather picked at the ends of it to get a grip, which was a very painful way of doing it. It was just not a very nice experience at all and at one point when I mentioned she was a little too generous with the wax and it was sticking where it shouldn’t be, she said don’t worry, it won’t burn you and that she could cut the wax off (and did!).
She did check at every single application of the wax if I was ok, which made me think she was rather nervous. Although it was a super cheap service, they do say, you get what you pay for so I’m afraid, I won’t be visiting this salon again.
